Options and add-on activities
Workshops, receptions, and excursions shown as demonstration products must be validated before final publication. If active products change in EventStation, this section can be adjusted in the registration flow.
Payment methods
Actual payment methods depend on event configuration. This section may mention credit card when online payment is enabled, as well as bank transfer, cheque, or invoicing on approval if those options are offered.
Refund policy
List approved deadlines, administrative fees, transfer conditions, and exceptions. Do not publish a final policy before validation with the organizer and applicable legal pages.
