Submission guidelines

Use this checklist before moving into the submission form.

Prepare a clear title and abstract before starting the form.
Have the main submission file ready, along with any optional supporting files you may want to upload.
Confirm the submitter contact, co-authors, and presenting author before reviewing the submission.

The main submission file is required. Optional deliverables can be added when relevant. Maximum upload size: 10 MB.

Initial submission file

Required. This keeps the original MVP upload path and is stored as the initial submission deliverable.

Supplemental files

Optional. Use this for appendices, datasets, supporting figures, or other supplemental material.

Final paper

Optional. Upload only if a final version already exists at submission time.

Presentation slides

Optional. Upload slides if they are already available.

Poster

Optional. Upload a poster file if relevant for this submission.

The submission journey now follows these steps.

1 Read the guidelines and prepare the required material.
2 Complete the submission form with the contribution details, contact, authors, and files.
3 Check the summary before the real submission record is created.
4 Submit the contribution and keep the confirmation details for follow-up.
